Project objective
Cleaner Production in Industry (CPI) was one of five components of Denmark Development Corporation in Environment (DCE) in order to:
– Build a national strategy on CP in industry
– Develop a network of individuals and agencies relating to CP promotion within and outside of industry to support and implement CP strategy effectively
Activities and results
- To implement 47 courses of one day-training on CP at enterprises with 235 attendants
- To conduct general training: 08 courses of 03 day-training on CP with 720 attendants
- To implement CP assessment at 47 enterprises in 5 target provinces: Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, Nghe An, Quang Nam and Ben Tre
- To compile 05 documents of CP guidance among 19 CP documents of the project
- Result: Total investment: 244,5 billion VNĐ, economic efficiency: annual saving of 66,7 billion VNĐ
